BISHOP OF MBAISE INDUCTS NEW LEGAL OFFICER FOR THE DIOCESE
A new Legal Officer, Sir Barr. Chike Osuocha, an Advocate of the Supreme Court has been inducted by the Bishop Rt. Revd Chamberlain Chinedum Ogunedo JP to enhance the legal services of the Diocese. In the colourful service ceremony held at the Cathedral Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Ife had in attendance the Clergy in their cadre viz Archdeacons, Canons and Priests, the Legal department including the Deputy Chancellor, Sir Barr. Ernest Nwagwu, Sir Barr. Uzoma Onyeike. The Knights of St. Christopher, Ladies Auxillary and the Ladies of St. Mary Magdalene were all present. Then followed the crème-dela-creme of the Diocese. The well wishers and friends of the new legal officer Sir Barr. Chike Osuocha. The Induction also featured the licensing of 37 new Lay Readers comprising of 17 females and 20 males. The Diocese of Mbaise through the grace of God is moving from strength to strength. We pray it will continue to grow. The Diocese also under God through the leadership of the Bishop Rt. Revd Chemberlain Chinedum and his wife Mama Mbaise, Mrs Oluchi Ogunedo JP will continue to improve the developmental strides. To God be the glory.
